We start by increasing the property sales potential through our advice on modifications to the property and property staging. We then create a suite of content covering a premarket property tour, property video, high-end property photos, and social awareness posts such as auction and inspection reminders. This activity gets eyeballs on your property and puts it in the best position to sell higher than the reserve.

We can see from our strategy that over 75k ppl were exposed to this campaign and nearly 5k ppl watched our content. 93% of the exposure we got to the property was through our digital marketing strategy over the traditional real estate platforms such as REA and Domain.
