Matt Gilbee has been the Managing Director of My Agent Real Estate since 2010. The growth of the business has continued to excel under his leadership which he attributes to “a considerable investment in quality staff, a continued promotion of education, an emphasis on personal development to personnel and our clients”.

A Licenced Estate Agent, with a focus on education, Matt is a qualified Financial Planner, Tax Planner, Mortgage Broker and Builder. Sitting on numerous boards he brings an incredible quality of leadership to his team.

Matt has a keen interest in technology which results in a constant focus on the latest products and software. “Our staff and clients deserve the best products in the market to achieve the highest possible outcome”.

Growing up in Melbourne, sports are a big part of Matt’s life, he represents MCC at a State level in squash and can regularly be found kicking a football in Richmond colours with his son Harvey.
