My Agent Real Estate is an independent boutique Real Estate Property Management and Sales specialist. We serve the city of Melbourne, operating out of our head office in Port Melbourne but have staff located in your community.

Our boutique services are the same as the larger firms, but we specialise in marketing and personalisation. We believe the journey of selling or managing your property shouldn’t be stressful or leave you out of the process.

Our unique marketing strategy employs digital marketing to get more reach and exposure for your property. An additional buyer at auction drives the sale price up; and additional application gives you the peace of mind with your tenant.

We run social media advertising and a listing campaign simultaneously to maximise exposure to the property.

We start by increasing the property sales potential through our advice on modifications to the property and property staging. We then create a suite of content covering the premarket property tour, property video, high-end property photos, and social awareness posts such as auction and inspection reminders.
